IngiMTM4.0: New tool for managing the maintenance of the machines that incorporate our systems.

During 2022 we will offer our customers the new preventive maintenance management tool for the mechanical, electrical and electronic parts of the machines that are controlled by our system.

We know how important it is for the proper functioning of the machinery to have effective and regular maintenance of the parts that are most sensitive to wear and tear.

IngiMTM4.0 is a new software tool that we will incorporate into our systems and that allows the organization and management of a preventive maintenance strategy focused on the proper functioning and durability of the machine.

Our tool will incorporate among others: usage time logs, linked alarms, reminders of important maintenance events, all linked to the classification software. Authorized users will have a personal code to accept the checklist so that: the time of maintenance, the person responsible and the most relevant aspects of the intervention carried out will be identified.

Our systems already incorporated from the beginning the possibility of remote connection as well as the central management of the work process in the processing plant, with the creation of this new tool we have a total system for the management not only of daily work but of device maintenance.
