Expansion of the Ingicontrol Module: Total control and intelligent sensorization of the packaging plant

We have expanded our Ingicontrol module to provide comprehensive control and sensorization for the entire processing plant. This new functionality enables the management of devices, machines, and events external to the grader but related to its operation, becoming an integral tool for achieving complete visibility and control of the packaging plant.
In combination with advanced sensors applicable to any fruit buffer model, it is now possible to:

• Monitor the filling level of the fruit buffers.
• Set alert levels for events related to filling.
• Automatically coordinate fruit entry permissions for each fruit buffer, synchronizing them with the grader’s general software based on the detected filling level.

Additionally, we have developed a complementary tool for the dynamic control of fruit flow to the outputs. This solution is crucial for production optimization, especially in layouts where multiple graders deliver fruit to the same output. The system allows, fully automatically:

• Setting flow targets for each output.
• Configuring maximum flow levels across all outputs receiving the same grade.

These new functionalities, together with existing ones, allow:

• Complete control of the packaging plant from a single centralized point.
• Comprehensive event management, from normal machine operations to preventive maintenance of each unit.
