Success stories: Update of the electrical and electronic system two Greefa graders, model SmartSort
During the month of July, we had the opportunity to replace the electronic system of two original Greefa graders, SmartSort model of 8 channels and 17 exits, this week, they went into operation.
Although we already had previous experiences updating sorters from this company, we had not yet faced the challenge of updating a model with these characteristics. Although the sorters were not too old, they ran under an electronic system based on MS-DOS, an operating system that disappeared decades ago. The sensor part consisted of a system of analog cameras designed in the 80s and a lighting system based on halogen bulbs that had to be continually replaced.
We have replaced all the electronic system and installed our most advanced software, ingiGrader 2.0 Citrus, this will allow the customer to work by: weight, size, color, density and external quality. At the same time we have replaced the entire electrical system by installing our plant control module that allows total management of the facility from a central point under a touch-type layout, with remote access, preventive maintenance, advanced incident management and permanent remote support.

This project will allow us to offer the market an alternative last generation tool for this type of machine that until now was very difficult and that many of our customers demanded.
