Success stories: Update of the electronic system of several original Reemoon citrus graders

During the month of January we have updated several original Reemoon graders that worked for various types of citrus, from clementines to grapefruit.

We had some previous experiences with graders that were mechanically very similar to those manufactured by this company, so we already had the necessary knowledge to tackle the upgrade project in a few days.

The graders work on a wide range of citrus varieties from clementines to grapefruit. We have installed the most sophisticated electronic system that we have, ingiGrader, which evaluates all the most important geometric parameters of the fruit as well as its external quality.

Thanks to the installation of our system, and to the particular characteristics of the work required by the customer, the workload of the staff has been optimized since our system has made it possible to reduce the number of workers who were dedicated to the visual inspection of the fruit. Our ingiGrader Citrus 2.0 system was optimal for this task.

We will be able to offer an electronic update for this type of graders that improves the performance of the original by being able to add the external quality detection system for work on citrus as well as our remote support service and periodic inspections.
